Registration policies
Confirmation & receipt
Once payment is verified you'll receive a confirmation email, a payment receipt and an individual ticket — also available in your delegate account.
Cancellations
Cancellations received by 31 July 2027 receive a 50% refund. From 1 August 2027 fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to an eligible replacement delegate until 10 October 2027. Email events@africadyslexia.org.
Invitation letters
Eligible international delegates can request a personalised invitation letter after paid registration is verified. It supports — but does not guarantee — a visa.
Accessibility & dietary needs
Share your requirements privately during registration. The team will be in touch if anything needs clarifying.
Group registration
Choose Group Registration and add at least five delegates in one order. Each delegate receives their own confirmation and ticket.
